There are no traditional tides in Estonia, meaning the water level goes up or down only with the change of (strong) wind.

Few weeks ago when visiting my hometown the water level was extremely low due to a very specific wind direction, that pushed the water away from the bay. Here’s a quick drone footage from that windy Saturday (15.10) with some footage from late August, comparing the same area with a higher sea level.
